Bistro 181 Provence
"Provence is not a place, it is a feeling!"
The Bistro 181 started out at the Rue Carreterie in Avignon, where I was working as apprentice chef, trying to figure out the secrets of the French cuisine, but as it turned out, I also learned about the Provence lifestyle! An old dream was realized when I opened my own part of the French Provence, here in Budapest, the Bistro181,on November 22 in the VII. District Isabella Street.
What will you find when visiting an unknown friend?
I hope that, first of all, a bit of the Provence feeling since that was the goal: an cozy atmosphere, good food and drinks, perhaps a feeling of “coming home”.
A kitchen with friends, made by and for friends, where we would cook for you and find the time to speak about the life between friends.
And why bistro181? Well that is something that I will tell you in person.....
