Our Chelsea Restaurant was inspired by the famous American artist, Donald Sultan, whose versatile works can be found all around the hotel.
Chelsea is one of New York's Artist Quarter, where Donald Sultan also developed and widened his creativity.
Most of his works found in our hotel were also made there.
The Quarter's diversity is being represented on our menus.
Enjoy our colorful and rich in flavors selection of foods
influenced by Asian, Italian and American cuisines.
And of course we have not forgotten about our traditional Hungarian flavors, which you can also find
on our menus.
